About the role
As a Healthcare Professional Partner Rheumatology, you will bring value to patients with UCB's therapeutic options in your assigned territory by building strong collaborative relationships with HCPs, while implementing optimal omnichannel solutions. In this field-based role, you will collaborate with the wider commercial organization to develop and execute commercial strategies. You are responsible for translating and executing the commercial plan in your area.
Who you will work with:
You will act as the single point of contact for relevant stakeholders and rheumatologists, working closely with your MSL colleague to explore scientific collaboration opportunities. Externally, you will build strong customer and stakeholder relationships within the Rheumatology area. You will report to the sales lead Immunology.
What will you do:
* Act as point of contact for HCPs/Rheumatologists and establish strong business relationships
* Define and execute an impactful tactical plan
* Differentiate UCB solutions in a scientifically sound way to a HealthCare Professional (HCP)/Rheumatologist audience
* Tailor omni-channel tools to impact HCPs based on individual preferences
* Identify and analyze therapeutic area opportunities and make proposals for appropriate improvements
* Create and maintain partnerships and novel ways of interacting with stakeholders
* Establish multi-channel stakeholder communication
Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills:
* Master's degree, preferentially in Life Sciences
* Experience with scientific product differentiation
* Strong account management and relationship building skills
* Eager to apply and/or experience with digital customer engagement
* Relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry in the Immunology therapeutic area is a plus
* Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, customer-focus
* Languages: fluent in Dutch and English (French is an asset, however adds value to your region)
* Living in the operating area (Flanders region)
