We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Onsite Deskside Engineer to join our IT Support Services team. This hands-on role provides end-user support at our headquarters and nearby locations and includes tasks such as TechBar operations, mobile subscription management, hardware lifecycle support (IMACD), warehouse operations (receiving and shipping hardware), and meeting room AV support. The role also requires participation in an on-call/standby rotation and close collaboration with remote support teams.
