Context :
As a Consumer Research Specialist, you will be part of the Global Sensory & Consumer Science team.
Your mission: ensure that consumer needs and expectations are translated into actionable insights that will shape future product innovations. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, and innovation teams across different regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute qualitative and quantitative consumer research projects to support product and packaging innovation.
* Conduct concept testing, product testing (MVP, prototypes), and claim testing.
* Analyze consumer data and generate clear, strategic insights to guide technical and marketing decisions.
* Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Data Scientists, Marketing) and external partners (agencies, suppliers).
* Contribute to competitive intelligence and market analysis across key regions.
* Train and support regional teams on research methodologies and tools.
* Stay connected with scientific trends in consumer psychology, sensory science, data analytics, and behavioral research.
* Ensure insights are integrated into technical briefs and go-to-market strategies.
Profile :
* Master's or PhD in Consumer Behavior, Psychology, Food Science, Nutrition, Marketing Research, or related field.
* Maximum 3–5 years of experience in consumer research or sensory & consumer science.
* Strong knowledge of research methodologies and tools (e.g., EyeQuestion, Compusense, Fizz, XLStat).
* Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
* Analytical mindset with strong storytelling and presentation skills.
* Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
