Life Cycle Services Sales Professional
Krones is a global leader in the production, sales, and servicing of machinery for the beverage & liquid food industry.
We are looking for a Technical Area Sales Manager Life Cycle Services to join our team. As a key player in customer relations, you will be responsible for building strong alliances with existing customers and scouting for new opportunities within your assigned area.
Your primary goal is to execute the defined sales strategy by monitoring KPIs and managing key priorities. You will work closely with specialists at Krones AG Head Quarters and experts at our location to analyze customer needs and submit tailored offers for proposed solutions.
You will ensure that all sales activities remain in line with compliance regulations and the Krones Group sales policy. Proper documentation of client visits, opportunities, installed base, and other information in the CRM system is essential for driving and monitoring sales execution at all times.
To succeed in this role, you must have commercial and project management experience in an industrial environment (Food & Beverage) with a strong technical background (mechanical, electrical, ...). A master or bachelor degree with a technical orientation is also required.
A strong focus on customer satisfaction, high teamwork abilities, and proficiency in SAP & Salesforce are essential skills for this position. Experience in utilizing data to come up with new commercial opportunities and good time and self-management are also necessary.
