We're looking for a strategic HR partner who will work closely with senior leaders to drive talent, culture and organisational effectiveness. In this role, you’ll shape leadership capabilities, support high-performing teams and ensure people initiatives create real business impact.
Responsibilities
• Partner with leadership teams to drive talent reviews, workforce planning and leadership development.
• Lead key staffing processes and collaborate across TA, Learning, Rewards and TRO teams.
• Manage employee relations and guide the full employee lifecycle.
• Support organisational design, change management and culture initiatives.
• Contribute to global/regional Talent projects and ensure smooth implementation.
Requirements
• Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on HR delivery.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, employment legislation and organisational dynamics.
• Ability to work in a complex, global environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Curious, proactive and committed to enabling culture, diversity and continuous improvement.
