Mission
The SAP Project Manager is responsible for leading SAP-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and driving successful implementation or optimization of SAP systems.
Profile
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end SAP projects (analysis, design, implementation, deployment, support).
2. Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
3. Coordinate internal teams and external partners (consultants, vendors).
4. Monitor project risks, budgets, and schedules.
5. Lead steering committees and provide regular project reporting.
6. Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with SAP standards.
7. Support change management and user training.
8. Stay up to date with SAP innovations (, S/4HANA, Fiori).
Required Profile:
9. Higher education in IT, project management, or related field.
10. Proven experience in SAP project management (minimum 5 years).
11. Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
12. Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or SAP Activate are a plus.
13. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
14. Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus depending on the context).
