What will you do? Participate in analyzing and mapping existing processes, ensuring their correct execution, and taking the necessary corrective actions. Assist (line) management in proactively identifying improvement opportunities and proposing the necessary preventive actions. Contribute to the initiation and implementation of new working methods, new methodologies, new projects, and new technologies. Provide operational support in the form of persuasive communication, training, and change management. Participate in updating documentation (work instructions, reports, etc.) to anchor the process/project, ensuring that the process is correctly applied and monitored. Integrate Lean techniques (5’ briefing, 5S, Lean Audit, competency matrix, etc.) daily in the sorting center, linking Lean methodology to its practical application on the shop floor. Report regularly to (line) management. Who are you? Master’s degree or equivalent through experience and motivation At least 1 year of experience Basic knowledge of French Basic knowledge of process analysis and optimization Operational experience is a plus Solid knowledge of IT applications Knowledge of Lean methodology is a plus What do we offer?
