For an innovative and internationally active company in the events and exhibition industry, we are looking for a Grinder (Deburring Operator) – Laser Operator. You will join a modern production environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key.
This role combines grinding and laser operations, contributing to the finishing of high-quality aluminum systems.
* Grinding and deburring aluminum profiles based on technical drawings
* Alternating between serial production and custom work
* Operating laser equipment for finished frames
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings
* Performing quality checks (visual and with measuring tools)
* Monitoring and recording quality via control sheets
* Processing production orders in an ERP system
* Carrying out basic maintenance on equipment
* Supporting other workstations when needed
* Ensuring clear communication during shift handovers
Your profile
* Experience in metalworking is a plus
* Ability to read technical drawings and perform measurements
* ERP knowledge is an advantage
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
* Organized and safety-conscious
* Basic Dutch and good English skills
* Willing to work in a 2-shift system
* Team player with a positive attitude
