For one of our clients, a well-established law firm based in Brussels, Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Liability Lawyer (m/f/x) to strengthen their team.
Your responsibilities
As a Liability Lawyer, you will:
* Advise and represent clients in matters related to civil liability (mostly medical) and insurance law
* Handle cases from A to Z, including litigation and settlement negotiations
* Provide strategic legal guidance tailored to clients' needs
* Monitor legal developments and ensure high-quality legal service delivery
* Actively contribute to the development of the firm's practice by building and maintaining your own client portfolio
Your profile
* You hold a Master of Law
* You have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a lawyer specialized in liability law
* You are Dutch native or have an equivalent level (French and/or English is a plus)
* You are autonomous, entrepreneurial, and client-oriented
* You have strong analytical and communication skills
