1. POSITION SUMMARY
* Reporting to the Marketing Director EMEA, this position will drive a wide range of Digital Marketing activities across the EMEA region, ensuring brand stewardship, driving digital acceleration, creative excellence, and executional efficiency.
* The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in supporting digital campaign execution, managing website optimization, and implementing SEO/SEM strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role is also responsible for overseeing email marketing, digital advertising, and social media initiatives, while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and optimization of internal digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in digital tools and performance analysis to support impactful digital marketing initiatives across the EMEA region.
2. JOB FUNCTIONS
Digital Campaign Development
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and objectives. Manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, to reach target audiences and optimize ad performance.
Website Optimization & User Experience
* Manage website optimization efforts to enhance user experience, increase engagement, and improve conversion rates.
SEO/SEM Strategies
* Implement and manage SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic growth and improve search engine visibility.
Email Marketing Campaigns
* Oversee both direct and indirect email marketing campaigns, including nurturing and automation workflows to increase engagement and retention.
CRM Integration & Marketing Automation
* Support CRM integration and manage marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring effective lead nurturing and customer engagement processes.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
* Lead social media strategy and content planning for product news, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engaging content across platforms.
Digital Performance Analysis
* Conduct digital performance analysis, produce insights-based reports, and make recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness. Digital Budget Management • Oversee the digital project budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources to meet campaign and project objectives.
Internal Digital Platforms Optimization
* Manage and optimize internal digital platforms, including brand portals and Showpad, to enhance business operations and team collaboration.
Collateral Development
* Develop and manage digital and print collateral, ensuring integration with the activation calendar and alignment with campaign goals.
Sales Support
* Provide technical documentation support for TDS communication via Showpad, assisting sales teams with accurate and effective digital resources.
Translation & Localization of Global Assets
* Ensure the translation, adaptation, and localization of global marketing materials to fit EMEA region-specific requirements.
3. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Minimum Bachelor Degree level within the area of business management, commerce, economics, marketing, or communication. MBA is a plus
* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce), and digital advertising platforms.of direct and digital marketing actions & tools and segmentation is a strong asset
* Experience in an international company with a complex multi-cultural matrix environment is a plus
4. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Language skills: native (or near-native) English + minimum 2 other European languages (NL/FR/GE)
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret digital performance data and provide actionable insights.
* Excellent project management and multitasking skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
* Knowledge of data privacy regulations, particularly GDPR.
* Proficient skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Working experience with salesforce.com, digital campaign management tools and/or a strong learning drive to get familiar with them
* Proven functional experience with e-marketing tools, platforms and applications are a plus
