Your new role As a Investment Analyst, you will play a key role in the financial and strategic monitoring of wind farm projects. You will work closely with the Senior Investment Analyst, the Development and Construction teams, as well as the Finance department.Your responsibilities include: Financial Analysis & Modelling Updating financial models (business plans, master business plan) and ensuring the quality of the data used. Understanding and analysing the impact of changes in assumptions on project profitability. Conducting investment analyses and preparing documents for decision‑making committees. Contributing to post‑investment analyses and comparing initial assumptions with actual results. Project Monitoring Collaborating with the Development teams to ensure a clear understanding of project figures and progress. Ensuring continuous follow‑up so that history, assumptions and decisions remain properly documented (avoiding gaps years later). Acting as a front‑office contact with non‑financial teams and challenging the data provided. Reporting & Internal Collaboration Contributing to the annual budget and project financial reporting. Working with financial controllers, the chief accountant and the CFO on project‑related topics. Preparing presentations for internal stakeholders. Your profile You hold a master's degree in finance, economics, management or a related discipline. You ideally have a first experience (audit, financial analysis, transaction services, etc.). You have an excellent command of Excel (advanced formulas, structured business plans, modelling logic). Knowledge of VBA/macros is a strong asset. You have a strong command of PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage. You are proficient in French, Dutch and English at a professional level. You demonstrate intellectual curiosity: a desire to learn, understand and investigate topics in depth. You are autonomous and resourceful: you know how to search for information, ask the right questions and connect the right people. You are proactive and able to challenge the data you receive.
