Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT)
to strengthen our team in Leuven. You’ll play a key role in identifying and attracting top tech talent, while partnering closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
Manage the
full recruitment cycle
for IT profiles (from sourcing to offer)
Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
Conduct interviews and assess both
technical and cultural fit
Build and maintain a strong
pipeline of IT talent
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs
Provide a great
candidate experience
throughout the process
Stay up to date with
market trends in IT recruitment
Your profile
2–5 years of experience in
IT recruitment
Fluent in
Dutch and English
(French is a plus)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for xlxgzvr technology and talent acquisition
