As our Retail Coordinator, you will support the Retail Team in delivering exceptional store experiences, driving sales, and enhancing overall productivity across the Village.
You'll act as a central point of contact between our Retail Team and other departments, ensuring the seamless execution of retail initiatives and people-related activities for our Brand Partners.
About the role
Communicate and follow up on all administrative related issues to the different departments
Coordinate the correct communication to the relevant parties at the right time whilst ensuring a proper follow up is achieved across all distribution channels
Support the Visual Merchandisers and Retail Managers in executing seasonal retail and marketing campaigns in-store
Assist in onboarding new brands and support store openings, including recruitment support
Help organize job fairs to help brand recruitment
Coordinate Brands training programmes and engagement activities for store teams
Role requirements
1. Proven experience in the fashion or luxury retail industry
2. Excellent relationship building skills with external parties
3. Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
4. Strong analytical skills and numerical sense with an excellent eye for detail
5. Ability to prioritise your work to meet tight and multiple deadlines
6. Strong process-oriented and customer-centric solution driven skills
7. Fluent in Dutch and English
