Customer Service Representative
KALDEWEI, a leading manufacturer of high-quality bathroom solutions, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support in the sales process for the BeNeLux region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and experience working with MS Office, SAP, and CRM systems. They will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, product consultation, order processing, complaints management, and customer data management.

Sales Management
The Customer Service Representative will work closely with the internal sales department and field sales team to ensure seamless customer support. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing expert advice on KALDEWEI products and services
* Processing customer orders and managing inventory
* Handling customer complaints and feedback
* Maintaining accurate customer data records
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
* Professional experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing company
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent Dutch/Flemish and good French skills; English is a must
* Experience working with MS Office, SAP, and CRM systems
