Role:
* Act as a core member of the Brussels M&A Advisory team, taking ownership of key workstreams on live transactions.
* Lead valuation work, build complex financial models, prepare investment materials and manage data rooms.
* Drive execution on sell-side and buy-side mandates across multiple sectors (industrial, consumer, healthcare, technology, financial services).
* Support origination by preparing pitches, analysing markets, and engaging directly with clients alongside senior bankers.
* Coordinate with international sector teams to deliver integrated advice on cross-border mandates.
* Represent the team in meetings, supporting discussions with CEOs, founders, CFOs, and private equity investors.
Candidate Profile
* 3–4+ years of experience in M&A advisory from a top-tier investment bank or high-quality boutique.
* Excellent technical skillset: financial modelling, valuation, process management, and preparation of client-ready materials.
* Fluent command of both French and Dutch is essential to operate across the Belgian market; strong English for cross-border work.
* Confident client-facing style, high level of professional maturity, and strong communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Additional relevant experience (private equity execution, Big-4 financial due diligence with heavy deal exposure) is valued.
