IC Resources is seeking a Business Development Manager for a high-growth SaaS company leading the way in life-cycle assessment (LCA) and carbon reduction across construction and manufacturing. The business is scaling quickly and has a strong reputation across Europe for helping companies meet compliance goals and sustainability targets through smart, standards-aligned software.
This role is focused on growing the company’s presence in the Benelux construction sector, driving new business and building long-term client relationships. You’ll play a key part in delivering on commercial targets while making a tangible climate impact.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
* Territory Growth: Drive new business across Benelux and Western Europe, working with construction clients to expand adoption of LCA and EPD solutions
* Full-Cycle Sales: Handle inbound leads and close mid-sized SaaS deals (€5–15k) within 2–4 week cycles, while also developing outbound opportunities to fill the pipeline
* Commercial Mindset: Bring a proactive, self-starting approach to identifying prospects, running discovery calls, delivering demos and closing contracts
* Sector Understanding: Engage credibly with sustainability professionals and technical buyers, ideally with familiarity in LCA, EPDs, construction, or manufacturing
* Sales Versatility: Blend transactional and solution selling experience, with bonus points for handling complex, enterprise-level deals or multi-stakeholder negotiations
* Language and Experience: Full proficiency in English and fluency in French or Flemish preferred, with ideally 5+ years’ B2B SaaS sales experience (seniority flexible)
