Your role 💼
As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
* Understanding Needs: Partnering with clients and internal teams to gather hiring requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies. 🤝
* Finding Top Talent: Proactively sourcing, selecting, and qualifying the best candidates through our Database, LinkedIn, job boards, and networking. 🔍
* Owning the Process: Managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth journey from first contact to successful onboarding. 📋
* Building Strong Connections: Developing a high-quality professional network and staying ahead of market trends. 🌐
* Hitting Targets: Setting ambitious hiring goals and achieving them with the right strategies, tools, and resources. 🎯

Your profile✅
We’re seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience in a Recruitment Agency or Consulting Company 💻
* Strong mastery of sourcing processes, including market mapping and proactive candidate identification
* Fluent Spanish speaker (Fluent French is a big plus). 🌐
* Good command of English
* A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals. 🏆
* Enthusiasm, ambition, and a strong motivation to grow and succeed. 🌟
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 🗣️
