What will your duties as a Calculator look like?
* You analyse the tender file.
* Afterwards, you define the entire project flow based on your technical and financial insight.
* You attend start-up meetings and go through the specifications in collaboration with the work planner, site manager and calculator.
* You maintain contact with various parties to make the projects a success.
* You lead site meetings to report the progress.
* You monitor the predefined safety guidelines on site.
* You draw up a budget and follow it up in time to anticipate deviations.
* You report to the Business Unit Manager.
What are the required qualifications for the position of Calculator in the Ghent region?
* You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering/Electromechanics or equivalent through relevant experience.
* You can look back on a minimum of 5 years' experience in a project-based position as a calculator.
* You have strong knowledge of project preparation and project follow-up.
* You have good communication skills.
* You are independent, stress-resistant and enjoy working with colleagues.
