The Contractor shall perform the following tasks:
Support NATO IT Team Leaders to guide the transformation of NATO end-to-end processes, using SAP S/4 HANA capabilitiesSupport NATO IT Team Leaders in defining a future-state operating modelAlign reengineered processes with SAP best practices and digital transformation goalsIdentify change impacts from redesigned processesSupport system design validation and functional specifications reviewSupport data migration and data cleansing activitiesSupport organization of testing and training activitiesParticipate to business process workshops and project meetings, when requiredProduce analysis and presentation, when required
PROFILES DESCRIPTIONMinimum 5 years of experience in the role, supported by CV. University Degree in the relevant field from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The role encompasses:Knowledge of the SAP O2C business processes and best practicesSAP S/4HANA experience in S/4 HANA ServiceSAP S/4HANA experience in S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution is an assetHands-on knowledge of the SAP Business Area customization featuresFunctional specifications writing/reviewing skills in the SAP Business AreaExperience on requirement gathering and documentationExperience on designing of business test casesExperience of SAP data migration and data cleansing activitiesAbility to write clear and concise reports and documentationExperience in dealing with business key usersSAP Certification in relevant area/module(s) is an asset
