We’re on the lookout for a passionate IAM Architect to lead the design and implementation of a next-gen Identity & Access Management platform that will secure millions of customer and employee interactions daily.
Imagine yourself at the heart of a retail giant’s transformation — driving security, simplifying user experiences, and enabling seamless access to everything from point-of-sale systems to customer loyalty platforms. Your architecture will protect sensitive data while empowering millions of shoppers and staff across hundreds of locations.
What you’ll be doing:
* Architect and design a scalable, secure, and future-proof IAM solution tailored to a complex retail ecosystem.
* Lead integration of IAM tools with cloud platforms, on-prem systems, and retail applications.
* Define policies and workflows for identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance.
* Influence roadmaps to support emerging technologies like biometric authentication, Zero Trust, and more.
What you bring:
* Proven expertise as an IAM Architect or Senior IAM Engineer in a large-scale environment.
* Deep knowledge of IAM platforms specifically Sailpoint.
* Experience in retail or similarly complex environments is a big plus.
* Strong understanding of security protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
* Skilled in designing identity workflows, federation, and access management at scale.
