Description:
Following tasks will be performed by external service provider:
* Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers
* Definition of test plans and test cases.
* Construction of test scenarios and scripts.
* Execution of tests.
* Management and execution of regression tests
* Test coordination.
* Reporting of test results.
* Creation of bug reports
* Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users
* Assistance in the technical documentation, the deployment, the evaluation and the reporting.
* User guidance and support on the usage of the information systems, written or via training.
* Coordination of technical teams between partners.
* Compliance with internal governance and guidelines.
Knowledge & Skills :

* Very good knowledge of testing technologies, tools and techniques.
* Very good knowledge of graphic user interface test management tools
* Very good knowledge of API (REST/SOAP) test management tools
* Very good knowledge of administrative business processes in large organisations and across organisation/country boundaries
* Very good knowledge of relational data modelling
* Very good knowledge of data preparation, with SQL and APIs
* Very good knowledge of defect tracking tools
* Very good knowledge of usability, security and data integrity concerns
* Very good knowledge of Agile development.
* Knowledge of task automation scripts.
* Ability to apply high quality standards
* Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in enterprise interoperable applications
* Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
* Analysis and problem-solving skills
* Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
