YOUR ROLE The Principal Architect is an autonomous, high-impact architectural leader who operates with minimal oversight and maximum ownership. Reporting directly to the Architecture Director, this individual is expected to take a strategic architectural vision, challenge it intelligently, refine it, translate it into actionable roadmaps, and drive execution across engineering teams end-to-end. This is not an advisory or theoretical role — it is a hands-on, sleeves-up, trench-level leadership position. The Principal Architect shapes enterprise architecture, produces high-quality designs, navigates stakeholders, and follows through relentlessly until outcomes are achieved.
