Bioprocess Sales Specialist ( m/f/d) Your challenges: You i dentify new sales opportunities by systematic market analysis and i nitiate sales opportunities by personal contact to prospective clients. You are responsible from initial contact until successful conclusion of the sales process. You m aintain and continue development of relationships with existing pharma, biotech and academic clients and develop your sales regions and product markets according to strategic goals. You i dentify key decision-makers within prospective clients, arrange client visits with appropriate Eppendorf personnel and p resent products to client at client's site. In that regard you also identify future needs. You i nform customers on potential applications of all other Eppendorf products, relay any interest to appropriate sales personnel. You actively support Marketing functions a s well as Bioprocess promotion activities and r epresent Eppendorf at trade shows and transnational Bioprocess conferences to s trengthen reputation and recognition of the brand image among customers. You c ater to service requests and forward to Eppendorf Bioprocess service and support team s if necessary. Your e xpertise : Academic degree in Bioengineering, Biotechnology or similar. At least 3 years’ experience and deep knowledge in Bioprocess. Experience with MS Office products and CRM-systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and fluent in French. L ocated in Belgium with willingness to travel into France and Europe. Strong customer focus, collaborative nature, and results-driven working style.
