This is the job you’re looking for: As an experienced marketer and strong project manager: You’ll work closely with a team of specialists in content, design, events, web, and customer engagement. You’ll regularly travel to our headquarters in Delft to catch up and exchange ideas with your colleagues. You’ll be part of the Belgian field marketing team, within a larger marketing department of around 70 colleagues. What you’ll do: Manage campaigns from A to Z: from briefing to reporting. Ensure a consistent message that inspires the SME market. Create strong content in both Flemish and French. Help develop new marketing assets and select the best local channels. Analyze results and optimize campaigns. Work closely with sales to achieve the best results. Manage stakeholders across teams, management, and other departments. Share knowledge with colleagues from other areas of expertise. Stay on top of trends and act on them proactively. Roll out partner marketing activities. Experience with field marketing in a centralized organization? That’s a big plus! A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to run campaigns independently. Data- and results-driven, with strong stakeholder management skills. Understanding of complex business structures and the ability to collaborate with other brands within the Exact group. Experience with partner marketing and indirect sales channels is a plus. Additionally: You speak and write perfect Dutch, preferably also French. Your English is strong. You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in communication or marketing. You’re a true connector and easily switch between tasks. You have a passion for creative concepts and content creation. You’re hands-on and work efficiently.
