Accountabilities
Own the roadmap and sprint pipeline across mobile and web.
Lead agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, retros, and QA.
Define and track metrics frameworks to measure progress against OKRs.
Conduct user interviews and concept testing to gather valuable insights.
Translate user feedback into actionable product hypotheses and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product quality.
Uphold high standards of design and craftsmanship across all features.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer or marketplace products.
Familiarity with tools like Linear, Notion, Amplitude, and Loom.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product execution.
Passion for fitness, community, and building high-quality products.
Knowledge of AI tools and systems is a plus.
