About the role
We are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company (OTC and medical devices) that's part of an established international group. As their Marketplace Manager, you'll play a crucial role in accelerating their digital transformation and marketplace development strategy.
Marketplace Management & Development
You'll take full ownership of our marketplace presence, focusing primarily on and Amazon operations. This includes managing product listings, optimizing content for SEO, handling sponsored campaigns and bid management, and coordinating with external agencies for strategic initiatives. You'll be responsible for inventory management, invoicing processes, and buy box optimization to maximize visibility and sales performance.
• Manage end-to-end marketplace operations (product referencing, content optimization, SEO)

E-pharmacy Account Management
Depending on your profile and interests, you may also support our e-pharmacy client relationships, managing accounts with key players in the Belgian market. This involves more traditional account management activities including negotiations, relationship building, and business development within the digital pharmacy sector.

Digital Marketing Support
For the right candidate, there's potential to expand into BC digital marketing, including consumer-facing website management and Meta advertising campaigns, offering additional growth and learning opportunities within our digital ecosystem.
About the ideal candidate
• You have - years minimum experience managing marketplace accounts (Bol, Amazon, or similar platforms) across any industry sector - FMCG, beauty, retail, etc.
• You are trilingual (French, Dutch, English) with strong preference for native Dutch speakers who can effectively communicate with Flemish partners and platforms
• You master marketplace tools including Seller/Vendor Central interfaces, sponsored product campaigns, inventory management systems, and have solid understanding of e-commerce SEO principles
• You thrive in operational environments - you're detail-oriented, autonomous, and can efficiently handle high volumes of administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
• You have an analytical mindset with ability to track performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and implement data-driven improvements to marketplace performance
• You work well in collaborative teams and can adapt to a human-scale company environment where flexibility, proactivity, and results-orientation are highly valued
• You hold a Master's degree (preferred but not mandatory) and demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic pharmaceutical environment
• You bring fresh digital perspective while being able to work independently without dedicated administrative support in a fast-growing company setting
