We’re looking for a Digital Copy & Content Assistant who’s ready to create, test, learn and make an impact from day one. Someone who understands how content lives, breathes and performs across digital channels—and wants to grow fast while doing it.
Your mission
Bring Smileat’s voice to life. From paid social campaigns to TikTok content, you’ll create messages that connect, convert and build brand love—while supporting the team in evolving how we communicate every day.
What you’ll do
Paid Social & UGC
* Plan paid social campaigns (Meta)
* Define creative angles, messaging and campaign structures
* Analyze performance (creatives, copy, formats) and extract insights
* Iterate and improve campaigns based on data
* Identify and connect with UGC creators aligned with the brand
* Support briefing, coordination and content validation
* Help manage collaboration budgets
Content & Social Media
* Write copy for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
* Create content, especially for TikTok (yes, we want you in the action)
* Adapt ideas across channels and formats
* Spot trends and turn them into brand opportunities
* Support campaign and messaging development
* Engage with our community
Who you are
* You love writing and know how to adapt tone and voice
* You understand digital, social media and content dynamics
* You’re familiar with Meta Ads, TikTok and Instagram
* You think creatively but also analytically
* You’re curious, fast and hands-on
* You care about what you do—and about what people eat
What you bring
* 2–3 years of experience
* Background in digital environments (social, UGC, Meta)
* Experience in an e-commerce company
* FMCG, food or baby food experience is a plus
* Advanced English (C1)
