Main Responsibilities:
* Position the company as a relevant partner for decision makers in the stormwater management environment.
* Act as a trusted advisor on climate resilience for clients and stormwater management.
* Drive the execution of the go-to-market strategy for Urban Climate Resilience (UCR) solutions in the country.
* Design and calculate project-level UCR solutions.
* Guide and support sales teams to achieve market position, growth, and profitability objectives.
* Accountable for individual sales results and performance.
* Proactively seek and realize new business opportunities.
* Utilize CRM as a tool to manage UCR business in the country, keeping customer accounts updated, logging regular face-to-face meetings for target accounts, and sharing account development progress.
* Plan and work according to SAMBA methodology, applying relevant tools in different phases, and coaching sales team members.
* Responsible for building a solid project pipeline within the UCR business.
* Act as the technical point of contact for sales teams and customers, coordinating technical requests, and solving issues.
* Build and share market intelligence, understanding customers, markets, competitors, products, and applications.
* Translate legislative text into business language and propositions (and vice versa).
* Foster positive engagement towards Health and Safety, following all guidelines.
Our Requirements:
* M.Sc. in a relevant field, such as hydraulic engineering, civil engineering, stormwater management, water treatment, urban planning, or similar.
* At least 7 years of professional experience in a technical or commercial role.
* Technical background and experience in design, evaluation, and construction of stormwater management or similar Urban Climate Resilience systems.
* Able to inspire and transform client pains into demand, with a proven track record of winning projects and understanding full project scopes.
* Proficiency in CRM, project management, and PowerPoint, Excel.
* Knowledge of local market opportunities and challenges.
* Team player, motivator, excellent communicator, and entrepreneurial drive.
