Field Service Engineer | Liège | 1110188 Your new company Our client is an industrial services company specialized in water technologies and solutions, providing on-site services at their major accounts in South of Belgium.To sustain the strong growth of its activities in Liège and Namur, we’re currently searching for a Field Service Engineer. Your new role Carry out chemical tests on site and monitor the programme; Report to the customer/data processing using the InSight platform; Monitor and manage the progress of the business; Frequent review of key performance indicators agreed with the customer, in close collaboration with the account manager; Carrying out site surveys, equipment start-up and commissioning; Management of repairs, maintenance and warranties; Maintain close verbal and written contact with the various levels of the customer's organisation; Project coordination; Support contract costing; Follow and conduct technical training courses; Carry out pilot and field tests; Participate in local team meetings to share best practice; Report all workplace accidents, illnesses, hazardous occurrences, near misses, incidents and property damage. Your profile “Technical profile with a chemical background” Bachelor's degree or holder of a higher diploma in chemistry or equivalent by experience; Great flexibility (on-call 2-3 days/week) and ability to resolve problems; Fluency French and English; Good communication and IT skills - Very good command of Windows office software and Google tools (in particular MS Excel/Google Sheets); Experience and/or interest in process and water treatment is a plus; Experience in the industrial sector is a plus; Possession of a driving license is required; Analytical mind, solution and service oriented, team spirit but also independent; Taking initiative, motivated by technical improvements.
