Your New Role For one of our clients in the educational sector, we are looking for a Junior Community Officer.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students within the residence. You create a real sense of community by organizing engaging activities such as movie nights, initiatives during exam periods, and festive year-end events.
You will also play an active role in content creation and social media management: brainstorming ideas for photos, testimonials, and stories to share on the website and social channels.
For this role, we are looking for someone who can easily switch between French and English, both spoken and written. Basic knowledge of Dutch is a plus. You hold a Bachelor’s degree; a specific field of study is not required, but a background in real estate or administration can be an advantage.
You are digitally savvy and proficient in MS Office. Most importantly, you are a creative and proactive personality who thrives on bringing ideas to life independently. You will start with a permanent contract and work full-time (38 hours per week), with the flexibility to organize your workday independently.
This role also offers plenty of learning opportunities: you can follow training courses on content creation, earn certifications, and shape the position from day one.
You will join a vibrant and international environment where connection and experience are key. The culture is informal, collaboration is strong, and you will work with a team that is truly committed.
