Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of ICT projects (planning, execution, monitoring, delivery) in line with scope, time, and budgetImplement new IT systems and software solutions aligned with business needsCoordinate security accreditation activities for projectsDevelop and maintain key project documentation (e.g. Project Initiation Documents, reports, risk/issue registers)Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and project boardsOrganize and lead project meetings and governance activitiesManage resources, budget, risks, quality, and business continuity across multiple projectsEnsure compliance with NATO ICT policies and project management processes (PRINCE2)Minimum 5 years' experience in ICT project managementProven experience with security accreditation processesBackground in software development environmentsStrong understanding of ICT infrastructure and security services (e.g. directory services, databases, PKI, firewalls)Experience with project management methodologies (PRINCE2 or similar)University degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in an international environmentFluent English (advanced level)
