Mission
Are you the go-to friend for whats trending on Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok? Are you a natural content creator with an eye for style, tone, and engagement? Then we want you to help us shape Banqups social presence!
We're looking for a young, creative, and socially-savvy student to join our marketing team and drive organic visibility across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities
1. Own the planning, creation, and publishing of content on Meta, LinkedIn, and other future platforms.
2. Manage our online communities, respond to comments, and grow engagement.
3. Come up with ideas that could positively impact the way the organisation is perceived to the external world (culture, what it's like working at Banqup, our latest developments and releases, etc.)
4. Spot and act on social media trends that align with Banqups tone and goals.
5. Collaborate with central marketing and local teams to support campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
6. Attend and document events to support our teams.
7. Identify new digital opportunities like brand partnerships and influencer collaborations.
8. Analyze and report on content performance to improve strategy

9. A student who is passionate about social media and understands what works (and what doesnt)
10. Native-level English fluency, written and spoken (Dutch and other languages is a plus)
11. A creative thinker who thinks outside the box and loves creating engaging content
12. Confident with copywriting, especially for short-form and social-first content
13. A self-starter who can take initiative and deliver results
14. Comfortable analysing social media metrics and turning data into insights
15. Naturally social both online and IRL
16. A team player whos also eager to own and grow their own projects
17. Familiar with Adobe creative suite, Canva, hootsuite and capcut is a bonus.
18. Internship experience in social media is a plus, but not a must!
This is what you win
We offer a market conform package that reflects your skills and experience. This includes a monthly gross salary which is in line with the pay scales for student workers. In addition to your monthly wage, you will also receive meal vouchers and a commuter allowance.
Banqup Group is gradually transforming into a more regulated company. As a result, all roles within any of the companies of the Unifiedpost Group are subject to some form of a background check.
