Project Manager senior Within a dynamic Agile organization, you will join a multidisciplinary environment combining Marketing, IT, and Business expertise. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you ensure the delivery of efficient, compliant, and future-proof digital solutions. Mission As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of large-scale IT projects—from initiation to transfer-to-service—while ensuring alignment with business needs, corporate standards, and security requirements.You will drive coordination across teams, manage scope, budget, and timelines, and foster collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilitiesProject & delivery managementLead complex projects or programs using both Waterfall and Agile methodologiesDefine acceptance criteria, readiness measures, and ensure alignment with business objectivesSteer multidisciplinary teams (functional and technical) to deliver high-quality outcomes on timeManage project planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation in coordination with Chapter LeadsEnsure timely decision-making across all impacted parties and maintain continuous stakeholder engagementQuality & complianceGuarantee that all deliverables comply with internal governance, GDPR, and cybersecurity standardsOversee testing strategy, data migration, and cutover planning (including Dry Runs, ETL validation)Ensure service documentation (SLA, BA, TOM, etc.) is updated and validatedChange & communicationLead change management activities: communication, training, and transition to operationsEnsure stakeholder alignment throughout the transformationProvide clear, concise reporting to the Sponsor and Steering Committee, including Go/No-Go recommendations ProfileMinimum 10 years of experience in Project Management within IT and/or business transformation environmentsProven experience managing both Waterfall and Agile projectsStrong functional understanding of IT processes and digital ecosystemsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organizationFluent in French, English, and Dutch (written and spoken)Familiar with GDPR, Cybersecurity, and corporate governance requirementsSoft skillsStrong leadership and influencing capabilitiesSolution-driven and structured mindsetAbility to manage complexity and ambiguity with composureExcellent facilitation and negotiation skills
