As part of their digital transformation journey, they are looking for a data-driven professional to support decision-making across production, supply chain, and quality control.Role Overview:We are looking for a Data Analyst who can turn complex manufacturing data into actionable insights. You will work closely with engineers, operations managers, and digital teams to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and contribute to data-driven process improvements.Key Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (MES, ERP, SCADA, IoT sensors, etc.).Create dashboards and reports to monitor production KPIs and identify performance issues.Conduct root cause analysis for process anomalies or quality deviations.Support initiatives in predictive maintenance, yield optimization, and supply chain analytics.Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to improve data pipelines and ensure data accuracy.Present findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations based on data insights.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.3+ years of experience in a data analysis role, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments.Proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Excel, Python and/or R.Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial KPIs is a plus.Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset.
