Job Title: Brazil Sales Director
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the implementation of the company's strategy in Brazil across branding, products, sales, and services.
2. Responsible for local market development, formulate industry development and insight plans (target industries include: petrochemical, oil & gas, chemical, energy & power, metallurgy, building materials, pulp & paper, food & pharmaceutical, coal mining, etc.).
3. Develop Chinese-invested and local clients, identify leads and drive business opportunities.
4. Responsible for developing key international high-end local clients, enhancing the global market share of key products in strategic industries.
5. Responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining clients in the region under the office's jurisdiction; develop and manage local distributors and partners, establish a well-structured channel network, and build a comprehensive business ecosystem.
6. Responsible for handling certain direct sales businesses, FDI, ODI, and servicing EPC general contracting projects.
7. Responsible for the research, planning, development, and implementation of online platform business for the office.
8. Complete other related tasks assigned by leadership.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Automation, minority languages, or related fields preferred.
2. 5+ years of overseas work experience, with independent business development capabilities and project execution skills.
3. Proven experience leading a sales team; possess relevant customer resources in corresponding industries.
4. Strong communication, organizational coordination, execution, resilience, and self-motivation.
5. Excellent Portuguese communication skills, with a solid understanding of Latin American culture.
6. Willingness to accept medium- to long-term overseas assignments.
7. Work experience in automation, digitalization, or intelligent industries is preferred.
Chinese nationals or ethnic Chinese candidates are strongly preferred.
