We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loyalty & Customer Data Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing and optimizing customer data through BlueConic, our Customer Data Platform (CDP). Your contributions will help power personalized marketing initiatives, refine customer segmentation strategies, and support data-driven decision-making across all Packs brands.
How You Will Make a Difference
You will support the team in the following areas:
* Manage and optimize the BlueConic platform on a daily basis, including tasks such as data ingestion, profile unification, and audience segmentation.
* Support the CRM & Loyalty Manager in designing, building, and maintaining customer journeys and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, and analytics teams to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and alignment across platforms.
* Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to uncover actionable insights, identify trends, and support continuous improvement.
* Document workflows and processes, contributing to the development and refinement of best practices for effective CDP usage.
* Participate in cross-functional meetings, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.

You’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer data is effectively leveraged across the business:
* Internal Teams:
Collaborate with the CRM & Loyalty Manager (your direct supervisor), as well as teams across digital marketing, CX, brand, and tech to support targeted campaigns, personalized experiences, and data accuracy.

Engage with BlueConic for platform training and technical support
