What will you do? You will lead the Asset Management team, overseeing operations in three key areas: Installation & Deployment: Supervise project managers in the installation of lockers, ensuring smooth execution from location setup to operational launch. Asset Maintenance: Manage a team of technicians responsible for repairing and maintaining lockers, including screens, electrical components, and structural elements. Procurement & Innovation: Oversee asset acquisition and innovation, ensuring new technologies and solutions meet market trends and business requirements. Drive continuous process improvement through KPI monitoring, compliance tracking, and data analysis. Conduct detailed process analyses to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall operational performance. Develop and implement strategies for preventive actions and process optimization across all asset management functions. Evaluate risks and analyse the impact of proposed process changes, ensuring minimal disruption and high-value improvements. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and business goals. Foster collaboration between departments to optimize workflows and align operational processes with business objectives. Ensure the effective integration of new technologies and tools to improve asset management systems and drive innovation. Who are you? You have a Master’s/ Bachelors degree in industrial, electromechanical, construction, software engineering ( or a related field) You are experienced in asset management, process optimization, or engineering You have proven leadership skills You have a strong technical background (electrical systems, software installation, industrial techniques) You are an analytical & strategic thinker, with experience in process improvement and innovation. You are fluent in English Dutch or French. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with project & change management methodologies are a plus What do we offer?
