RightCrowd’s Solution Architect plays a key role in our project delivery team by implementing our solution and coordinating integration with other products. Collaborating with our customers, through the project from building initial technical requirements to installation and user acceptance testing, the Solution Architect ensures a smooth roll-out for the customer. Leading the technical relationship with the customer, this role helps manage scope, direction, and technical delivery of the project.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Work collaboratively with the customer’s project team to support key project outcomes, focusing on the technical delivery of our solution.
2. Drive quality requirements from the customers and ensure excellent customer communication.
3. Manage customer expectations for timelines and requirements as the technical lead, ensuring change and scope are controlled appropriately.
4. Develop, design, and document project collateral including technical requirements, technical and functional specifications, and acceptance testing cases.
5. Conduct regular meetings with clients, liaising with internal resources to obtain updates and input as necessary.
6. Perform user acceptance testing with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
7. Implement and configure systems.
8. Handle System Administration and Active Directory troubleshooting in Windows, focusing on SQL Server and IIS.
9. Provide Level 3 Support and mentorship for junior team members.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
* Experience with Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM) solutions/technology is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of software and hardware systems and troubleshooting techniques.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Solid experience with:
o Microsoft Windows Server
o MS SQL Server T-SQL and internals
o Active Directory
o C#, JAVA, .Net
o Networking
o IIS
o Public cloud
o SSL
o Scripting languages including SQL or Powershell
o Active Directory Administration and Integration (SSO)
o OpenIDConnect (OIDC)
o SAML
o Web Services Administration
o Application upgrading, installation, and configuration in Windows and Cloud environments
o Knowledge of Azure, Grafana, Argo, Kubernetes (highly desirable)
* Criteria for standout candidates include SQL proficiency, willingness to work US hours, broad application knowledge, and strong troubleshooting skills.
* Additional desirable experience includes PIAM solutions integration, application data migrations, and familiarity with RightCrowd or similar organizations.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in global organizations.
