Senior Dynamics NAV / Business Central Developer
(C/AL, AL, Integrations, Finance Module)
🔧 What will you do?
• 🛠️ Design, develop and test new functionality across Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central, including custom modules and system granules.
• 📐 Convert functional requirements into technical specifications, design documents, and clear development plans.
• 🧩 Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Technology, Reporting) to understand needs and propose efficient technical solutions.
• 🔄 Configure and upgrade NAV/BC systems, including service packs, hotfixes, and version improvements.
• 🧪 Perform unit testing and ensure high‑quality deliverables prior to UAT.
• 🐞 Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues, ensuring stability and performance.
• 🌐 Develop integrations using APIs and Web Services, enabling communication with external platforms and applications.
• 📊 Build and maintain RDLC reports and support team members with system insights.
• 🚀 Deliver technical solutions that automate processes and help the business operate more efficiently.
• 🤝 Collaborate directly with senior stakeholders to align system capabilities with business strategy.
👤 What profile are we looking for?
• ✔️ 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central.
• ✔️ Strong development skills in C/AL and AL languages.
• ✔️ Solid knowledge of Finance modules and core business logic.
• ✔️ Experience with APIs, Web Services, and integrations between systems.
• ✔️ Ability to design and optimize RDLC reports.
• ✔️ Knowledge of Jet Reports, SQL, or .NET is considered a strong plus.
• ✔️ Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• ✔️ Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with the autonomy to manage multiple tasks.
• ✔️ A passion for delivering business value through technology.
