Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance sector.
* Deep expertise in individual life insurance products and processes, specifically "Classique" products.
* Proven experience in life insurance migrations.
* Strong business analysis capability and familiarity with at least one standard business/process analysis methodology.
* University degree in mathematics or equivalent experience.
* Proven background in testing and validation, including process and calculation tests.
* Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to coordinate between actuaries, IT experts, and management.
* High level of autonomy, structure, and a problem-solving mindset.
* (Desirable) Knowledge of Dutch.
* Language(s): English (fluent), French (professional proficiency)
Job description:
* Analyse product and process differences between source and target systems in the context of life insurance policy migrations.
* Define associated requirements and formalise them according to defined quality standards.
* Identify process impacts resulting from the migration of individual life insurance policies.
* Act as a primary intermediary between business and IT teams to ensure mutual understanding.
* Prepare and execute detailed process and calculation tests.
* Provide regular reporting and monitoring on the progress of assigned activities.
* Collaborate effectively with numerous stakeholders across IT, Operations, Business, and Distribution.
* Develop trustful relationships with internal clients and external suppliers to ensure project quality and deadlines are met.
