Together with our commercial recruiters and account managers, you will contribute to the success of Axintor Interim. Your workday is packed with a variety of tasks:
- You are responsible for publishing
job vacancies
on various platforms, such as social media, job forums, and fairs. Therefore, you will be responsible for translating job vacancies.
- You take the time to carefully process, search, and screen
resumes
.
- You schedule and conduct
professional screenings
with potential candidates, utilizing advanced interview techniques.
- You register new candidates according to our
database procedures
and are responsible for related
administrative tasks
.
- You conduct thorough
background checks
, including collecting references from previous employers and mapping the personal history of candidates.
- You play an active role in
supporting
international candidates to settle and work in Belgium. Additionally, you will convince the sales team to propose candidates to prospects and clients.
- You provide detailed explanations of the use of the
MyAxintor App
.
- You carefully follow the introductions and start-ups of new temporary workers in
close collaboration
with your colleagues.
- You are the
intermediary
between Axintor Interim and the temporary worker.
