* 📦 Integration of warehouse & quality activities into the existing SAP landscape
* 🏭 Implementation of a new Manufacturing Execution System (MES), replacing legacy production systems
* 💡 Transition to SAP S/4HANA as part of a Lean Digital Core transformation
🎯 Your Mission
* 🧭 Lead the business workstream within a large-scale digital & manufacturing transformation
* 📊 Define scope, roadmap, milestones, and ensure full visibility on risks, dependencies, and progress
* 👥 Build, lead, and coach a cross-functional team of up to 25 internal and external experts
* 🤝 Align stakeholders across IT, OT, and business functions to drive one unified direction
* 💰 Manage budget, resources, and priorities to ensure delivery within financial targets
* 🛡️ Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards and GMP regulations in all activities
