Governance & Communication Advisor – Retail Sector
We are currently looking for a Governance & Communication Advisor for a leading company in the retail sector.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between IT management, technical teams, and operational stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, strong stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption of IT services and tools across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define, structure, and maintain an IT Service Catalogue aligned with business and store needs
• Promote and drive adoption of IT tools and processes among operational stakeholders and franchise networks
• Translate technical concepts into clear and business-oriented communication
• Organize and lead communication initiatives, roadshows, presentations, and community events
• Collaborate closely with IT leadership to align communication with strategic priorities and roadmap
• Gather feedback from the field to support continuous service improvement
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Business, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations
Profile:
• Proven experience in Change Management, IT Communication, IT Marketing, or Internal Communication
• Experience within the retail sector or franchise environments is considered a strong asset
• Good understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences
• Dynamic, proactive, and comfortable interacting directly with operational teams and store managers
