About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive new business growth in Belgium while developing and retaining strong, long-term agency relationships.
This role is primarily new-business focused (≈50% hunting), combined with structured account development and client retention. The Sales Manager will operate in a local, entrepreneurial Belgian team, within a fast-scaling European adtech company.
The role requires a digitally native, energetic, and resilient commercial profile, with strong knowledge of online video, YouTube, and the Belgian media ecosystem.

Requirements
Commercial Growth & New Business
* Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new business opportunities with media and digital agencies in Belgium
* Actively prospect and build a strong pipeline through outbound activity and networking
* Pitch and present Channel Factory solutions to agencies and, when relevant, direct advertisers
* Lead commercial discussions and negotiations within defined guidelines
Client Development & Retention
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with agency partners
* Ensure repeat business through structured follow-up, pipeline management, and collaboration with internal teams
* Act as a trusted commercial partner, balancing revenue goals with client satisfaction
Market & Brand Representation
* Represent Channel Factory in the Belgian market at industry events, fairs, and networking sessions
* Build and leverage a strong local network across media agencies, digital agencies, and digital-first brands
Reporting & Operational Discipline
* Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasting, and reporting
* Manage priorities, pipeline, and time autonomously and in a structured way
* Provide visibility to the Country Manager on performance, risks, and opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Market Knowledge
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, online video, or a sales house environment
* Proven track record in new business development (results matter more than years)
* Strong understanding of:
o YouTube and social media advertising
o Belgian online video and media ecosystem
o Ad operations, brand suitability, and brand safety
o AI-based targeting and contextual solutions
* * Existing relationships with Belgian media and/or digital agencies strongly preferred
