Your Responsibilities
As a Property Accountant, you will independently oversee the accounting activities for a diverse portfolio of properties.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Managing all aspects of rental accounting, including rent invoicing, indexations, service charges, and reconciliations.
* Monitoring and analyzing property-related financial transactions and cash flows.
* Preparing budgets, financial reports, and variance analyses.
* Handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
* Acting as the main point of contact for owners and tenants regarding accounting matters.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and reporting tools.
* Collaborating with auditors, external stakeholders, and public administrations.
Your Profile
* You have solid experience as a Property Accountant within the real estate sector.
* You are fully autonomous in property and real estate accounting.
* You are fluent in either French or English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch is considered a strong asset.
* Experience with Netika or another real estate management software is highly desirable.
* You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities effectively.
* You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. xphnsxz
