You have a great personality! You will therefore win over our customers by providing a service that is tailored to their individual needs and requirements. Your duties will also include the following:
* Telemarketing, especially conducting initial and follow-up phone calls
* Establishing and expanding the list of clients
* Checking the arrivals list in cooperation with the Sales Manager
* Helping to plan and implement all Motel One sales activities, such as customer events and hotel tours
* Gaining insights into new areas of activity by means of interdepartmental cooperation
Qualifications
Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:
* Ideally have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have some professional sales experience or be looking for a change of career
* Be open and communicative and have a positive attitude
* Have excellent manners and strong negotiation skills
* Have a persuasive personality and enjoy active selling
* Enjoy working in multicultural teams and be willing to cooperate across departments
