The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing tender requirements, developing execution strategies, and producing accurate cost estimates, working closely with engineering, procurement, and project teams.Role & ResponsibilitiesReview and analyse tender documentation, specifications, and contractual requirementsIdentify risks, opportunities, and scope gaps within tender submissionsDevelop execution strategies and construction methodologies for complex projectsPrepare detailed cost estimates including labour, materials, subcontracting, and logisticsEngage with suppliers and subcontractors, issuing RFQs and evaluating proposalsSupport bid strategy development and participate in internal tender reviewsCoordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure aligned project deliveryAssist in defining project schedules, resource requirements, and execution planningContribute to the preparation of technical and commercial tender submissionsAttend meetings and support stakeholder communication throughout the tender processRequirementsProven experience in a Tender Engineer or similar role within EPC environmentsStrong background in industrial projects, particularly piping, mechanical, or industrial constructionExperience preparing detailed cost estimates across multiple disciplinesAbility to interpret technical documentation, drawings, and specificationsStrong understanding of construction methodologies and project execution strategiesExperience working with suppliers and subcontractors within tendering processesExcellent coordination and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong commercial awareness and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tenders concurrentlyFluent English required; additional European languages are beneficialThe next stepWe have an exceptional team in place, and we are pleased to be able to appoint a further person to our growing business. xdkqlui We are aware that you may not ‘tick all the boxes’, but if you believe you can genuinely offer some valuable skills and experience to our business, please in the first instance contact our recruitment partner Airswift.
