Are you the kind of person who can turn a "maybe" into a "where do I sign?"

Do you thrive on connecting with people, understanding what makes them tick, and matching them with the perfect place to live?

At Cohabs, we're on a mission to redefine shared living, and you'll be right at the heart of it.

What you'll be doing:

* Be the friendly first point of contact for potential members, qualifying leads through calls and helping them understand why Cohabs is the place to live.
* Log calls, feedback, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM to ensure a smooth member journey.
* Proactively source and engage future members across multiple platforms.
* Organize and conduct virtual and in-person tours, highlighting coliving spaces, amenities, and community benefits.
* Collaborate with community and marketing teams to promote upcoming events and showcase Cohabs' lifestyle offering.
* Manage operations and support growth across three of Europe's most vibrant cities:
Madrid, Milan, and London
, adapting strategies to each city's unique market and community dynamics.

What we're looking for:

* You're currently studying (or just graduated) in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or something similar.
* You're a natural communicator, connecting with people is your thing.
* Fluent in English? Absolutely Bonus points if you can drop a bit of French or Spanish in the mix.
* You're organized like a pro: calendars, spreadsheets, or post-its don't scare you.
* Energetic, curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to get your hands dirty (figuratively… unless you're into DIY too).
* Some experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a nice bonus, but your drive to learn matters more
* Comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint – your laptop is your trusty sidekick.
