This role involves ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of cloud-based systems, as well as providing technical support and guidance to other team members.Key Responsibilities:Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and monitor day-to-day IT cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.Design and Implementation: Design and implement cloud systems and platforms in accordance with company security guidelines and best practices.Security and Compliance: Ensure the integrity and security of cloud infrastructures by monitoring access, usage, and resources, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.System Backups and Recovery: Perform system backups and recovery to ensure data integrity and availability.Troubleshooting: Install, configure, and troubleshoot cloud services and applications, and analyze system logs to identify and resolve issues.Resource Optimization: Ensure efficient utilization of cloud resources, including CPU, memory, and storage.Collaboration: Work closely with IT security and other teams to define and implement cloud strategy, architecture, and services.Training and Support: Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives and provide technical support for cloud applications and services.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with cloud service providers to ensure they meet organizational needs.Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize cloud performance to ensure minimal downtime and efficient resource utilization.Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for cloud systems.Qualifications:Experience: At least 6 years of experience in cloud administration, including managing and optimizing cloud resources.Skills: Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
