👀 We’re looking for:
We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and creative Junior Graphic Designer with a strong interest in digital advertising — particularly on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our online presence, supporting patient education, and creating impactful visuals that attract and engage new patients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who wants to apply their creativity in a meaningful healthcare setting while gaining hands-on experience across print, digital, and social media design.

✨ What You’ll Do:
Design & Creative Development
* Create compelling designs for digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media posts, and website graphics.
* Produce engaging advertising assets tailored for Meta and TikTok campaigns.
* Develop infographics, diagrams, and visuals to simplify orthodontic treatments and oral health concepts for patients.
Marketing & Branding
* Support the marketing team with promotional materials such as before-and-after visuals, patient testimonials, and treatment highlights.
* Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in logos, typography, and color schemes.
* Contribute ideas to enhance and evolve the clinic’s visual identity.
Collaboration & Production
* Work closely with marketing staff and clinic team members to understand design needs and objectives.
* Present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and iterate efficiently.
* Prepare final artwork for print production, ensuring accuracy and quality, and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
💡 What You’ll Bring:
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion graphics skills are a plus.
* Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
* Experience creating content for social media platforms, especially Meta and TikTok.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
* Creativity with the ability to adapt design concepts to a healthcare/orthodontic setting.
* Familiarity with print production processes (preferred).
* Knowledge of orthodontic terminology is a plus, but not required.
